What to do before the project starts.
Pick your colors
The customer should have the colors picked out and fill out the provided color form to sign-off on your color selections to provide to us.
Remove breakables
The customer should remove any fragile or breakable items out of the work area while the work is being performed. The contractor is not responsible for moving furniture. If the contractor agrees to move property, it is done as a courtesy, not a responsibility. The client agrees to hold the contractor harmless for any damage that may occur moving these items. This includes damage to the floor from heavy items.
Remove children from the worksite
The customer should ensure that children are not present at the workspace while the work is being performed.
Remove pets from the worksite
The customer should remove pets from the workspace while the work is being performed.
Adjust temperature
The customer may upon the contractors request, need to keep the windows open for ventilation or adjust the AC temperature.
Accessibility
The customer should make the work area easily accessible to the contractor staff.
Parking
The customer should provide a parking space for the contractor to load and unload equipment.
Workstation
The customer should provide a place to station our tools during the day and store our equipment overnight if needed.
Hours of operation
The customer should allow the contractor to work Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM.
Upon completion
When the contractor completes the work, the contractor will ask the client to inspect and sign off on the work. The client agrees to inspect and sign off on the work as soon as it is completed.
