What is the payment process?
Most jobs require a 30% deposit at the start of the job and the balance is to be paid upon completion. Larger projects may require an additional payment. We accept cash, check, credit / debit cards and Venmo. There is a 2.9% card payment processing fee.

What if I want to change the color?
Please choose your colors carefully! Once the customer signs off on the paint colors, we purchase all of the paint needed for the project. Once a paint product has been tinted, it can no longer be returned to the supplier. If the customer would like to change a color, they must pay for the additional paint needed and for the labor of the work that was completed.

Can we match a competitors price?
We cannot match competitors prices but we are happy to sit down with you again to look carefully at each quote to compare them and help you make the best choice even if it’s not us!

What if I need additional work that is not in the contract?
The contractor is only responsible for the items outlined in the paint contract. Any alteration or deviation from the scope of work involving extra costs will be done only upon a written change order. If the contractor or the client determines that additional work not documented in the scope of work is needed, the contractor will send a change order with an estimate of the new costs to the client. Costs will become an additional charge, over and above the original contract amount. This is to include but not limited to, hidden damages that are uncovered during the coarse of the project. The client will have the opportunity to review and approve these changes before the contractor begins the additional work.

How long will it take to paint my home?
Most home interior projects can be completed within two days. Smaller projects can be completed within a day and larger projects completed within three to four days.
A typical house’s exterior painting project takes about three days to complete while larger projects can take up to seven days.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We are proud to offer a limited two year warranty on every procedure we perform. This warranty covers peeling, blistering or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship. Exclusions apply. See warranty for details.
