Our clients are the best and we want to make sure that they are well take care of. One of the ways we do this is by offering FREE touch-Ups.
How it works
•12 months after your project is completed, you are eligible for a FREE touch-up. Every year on the anniversary of us finishing your project, we offer 1 hour of FREE touch-ups. Please note the completion date and for the next 5 years on interior projects and 3 years on exterior projects you can contact us to schedule your FREE touch-ups.
•This offer is not part of our regular service. The customer must reach out to us to request the touch up if desired.
•We cannot guarantee immediate scheduling once your touch-up becomes eligible.
•Drywall repairs, wood repairs and horizontal surfaces are not covered under this warranty.
•The FREE touch-up hour includes labor, but the customer must provide the paint. (DiPinto Painting will have provided you with leftover paint upon completion of your initial project.)
•DiPinto Painting is not responsible for an exact color match due to sheen, fading and/ or conditions where the paint was stored.
Why do we offer FREE touch-ups?
Accidents including scuffs and scratches can happen. Children, pets, aggressive cleaners and others can damage even the most durable paints. We will come and touch-up those areas so your home looks as good as when we originally finished! Homes that we have painted are our best advertisement and we want to make sure your home looks its best!
What is the difference between our warranty and our FREE touch ups?
•Our warranty covers our workmanship. This could apply to an area not properly prepared or an improper application. In other words it means we made some sort of mistake that has caused an area to fail prematurely.
•Our 1 hour of FREE touch-ups covers the rest! It does not matter if it’s not our fault. We will come back and fix it. (Maximum of 1 hour)
